JOB SUMMARY
Working directly with the Aire commune Producer, the Project Manager is responsible for the overall project management of Aire commune initiatives based in Ottawa. This role ensures the success of our projects by aligning programming, marketing, and operations into a cohesive strategy. The Project Manager is accountable for meeting project goals, respecting budgets, and adhering to master timelines, while maintaining strong professional relationships with Aire commune Head Office and all project stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Budget Management: Develop, manage, and maintain project budgets in collaboration with the Aire commune finance department.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for projects with various partners
- Production Oversight: Manage all production stages, from planning through operational delivery, with strict adherence to production timelines.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate teams, ensuring effective communication across all levels. Lead project meetings.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Align all departments and staff involved (Sales, Marketing, Programming, and Event Operations) to ensure cohesive execution of project goals.
- Site Management: In close collaboration with the Aire commune production team, oversee the installation and maintenance of infrastructure on project sites.
- Operational Supervision: Direct site operations during active periods to ensure a high-quality visitor experience.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations comply with safety standards and current regulations from local authorities.
- Reporting: Prepare regular updates and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve potential issues to guarantee the smooth running of operations.
CONDITIONS
- Full-time fixed-term mandate, with the possibility of renewal subject to project needs and performance.
- Based in Ottawa (on-site presence required)
- Salary based on experience
- Hybrid work model with strong on-site involvement during operations
- Equipment allowance provided (laptop and phone)
