• How can I get tickets?

Tickets will only be available online, via this link.

• How many tickets can I buy at a time?

A maximum of 6 tickets per transaction.

• What’s the difference between early and late tickets?

The time of arrival allowed. To ensure a smoother flow and minimize waiting time for participants, we have decided to introduce two types of ticket.

Early: Arrival mandatory between 5pm and 6:30pm.

Late: Arrival allowed even after 6:30 p.m.

• Will it be possible to buy tickets on site?

No, tickets will be sold online only.

• What should I do if I don’t see my ticket in my inbox?

Check your junk mail box. If you still don’t see it, please contact info@airecommune.com or go to the site reception desk on the day of the event with your ID, where an agent will follow up with you.

• Will you be offering season passes?

Not at this time.

• Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable, as this is a final sale.
