Station Place Ville Marie
Located in the heart of downtown Montreal on the Esplanade PVM, the Station Place Ville Marie enhances the attractiveness of downtown Montreal as a place to work.
Station Place Ville Marie is an outdoor workspace featuring two meeting rooms accommodated in windowed containers.
The sleekly designed meeting rooms can accommodate up to eight people, and offer access to Wi-Fi, electricity and a TV. The integration of heating and air conditioning allows the installation to be used in both cold and warm seasons. Available free of charge upon reservation.
THE RESULTS
The Station PVM has allowed many people to enjoy the outdoors while working downtown.
- 20 000 visitors
- 85% occupancy rate
- 1200 Wi-Fi connections
- Over 1500 hours of reservations
- 30% of users came downtown Montreal specifically to use the Station Place Ville Marie
