The project
Station Place Ville Marie
Located in the heart of downtown Montreal on the Esplanade PVM, Station d’été was an outdoor workspace that included two meeting rooms housed in glass containers. These sleekly designed meeting rooms could accommodate up to eight people and offered Wi-Fi, electricity, and television access.
Aire Commune has pushed the boundaries of greendesking by offering winter workspaces for the very first time! The comfort of this station has been redesigned to allow users to work while enjoying the springtime scenery of downtown Montreal. A first in Canada!
Our outdoor work module, known as the “Station,” is the ultimate solution for providing workers and citizens with a pleasant and motivating workspace that will improve their happiness, their desire to return to the office, and increase the overall attractiveness of the neighborhood.

Project review
Testimonials
I love it! So efficient to work in the stations, I’m planning trips to make the most of the summer by working in new places.
I love the idea and wish there were more! Even in the rain, it was fantastic. I’m in Quebec City and I’m going to push to get one up here too!
